Here’s a look at a typical mentorship weekend at BD.
We have been running courses for Pt’s since 2008, after some of the coaches at KX were advised to study with me by Charles Poliquin.
We take a fresh intake every January with 10 places only available.
Some of our attendees have been coming for 5 years with 80% new info each weekend.
Anyway – the format for the March 2019 weekend meeting was as follows –
10am – meet, coffee, catch up.
10.30am – in-depth breakdown of FIT, one of our cornerstone classes and what we use as a fitness test at BD.
The Pt’s all took part in the practical, were taught the testing procedure and how to track progress and record keep.
