The classes….

  • FIT- A total body workout using wide variations in running on the spot, press-ups, squats, bentover rows, and abdominal conditioning. Suitable for all levels and is a perfect way to improve your fitness, lose fat, burn calories and increase muscle tone.

    Equipment required -either a pair of dumbells or a single kettle bell.
  • Upper/Lower Weights 1 & 2- Upper and lower body conditioning class to develop tone and strengthen the entire body. Suitable for all levels.

    Equipment required- a pair of dumbells
  • Upper/Lower Weights (Swiss ball)- Upper and lower body conditioning class to develop tone and strengthen the entire body with the use of the Swiss ball to enable greater use of the abdominals. Suitable for all levels.

    Equipment required- a pair of dumbells and a Swiss ball (can be adapted using a soft chair).
  • Met Con (Body Weight)- This is a total body HIIT workout that utilises the 20/10 Tabata, work to rest ratio. The session uses just your own body weight and is a great way to burn body fat. Some interval training experience is preferred but not essential.

    No equipment required.
  • Met Con (Kettlebell)- This is a total body HIIT workout that utilises the 20/10 Tabata, work to rest ratio. We use both body weight and a single kettlebell, perfect for burning body fat. Some interval training experience is preferred but not essential.

    Equipment required- a single kettlebell.
  • Bootcamp- Using unusual pieces of equipment such as Indian clubs and Bulgarian bags to develop both upper and lower body strength in planes of movement not commonly used in the other classes. The class offers something a little different for those who like trying new things.

    Equipment required- Indian clubs and a Bulgarian bag.
  • Punch-Out- This is a boxing based workout that is progressive and uses various punching combinations to burn body fat, improve cardiovascular fitness whilst being a great way to relieve stress and enhance mood. Suitable for all levels.

    No equipment required.
  • Stretch & Move- A class to develop core strength and flexibility that complements our other classes beautifully. Suitable for all levels.

    Equipment required- a Swiss ball
  • Yin Stretch- These 30 minute sessions are the perfect way to improve and maintain flexibility. We use long hold stretches whilst focusing on our breathing to promote a feeling of deep relaxation.

    No equipment required.
  • Tai Chi Chuan & Qigong- Traditional martial art used to coordinate the breath with flowing movements. We use this ancient practice as a form of meditation to relieve anxiety, enhance mood, and refocus the mind whilst learning a new skill.
