IBIZA FIT

IBIZA FIT is our version of High Intensity Interval Training that we use this month on the beach in IBIZA with some lucky members!! The session is varied using only body weight. The sessions are challenging but have plenty of alternatives and new moves to try. Some HIIT experience is required.
