About This Lesson
Metabolic Conditioning includes running, battling ropes, medicine balls, press ups, prowler etc, performed in 5 minute blocks. The choice of kit used is seasonal and carefully progressed.
If you want to take part but cannot run, the air bike is used as a substitute.
