About Tom Crudgington

 

I have been in the industry for about 25 years now. I still love what I do and am actively still involved in the day to day operations at Body Development.

I have trained every type of client imaginable and I always do my utmost to deliver the best service possible.

In the last few years I have spent more and more time coaching other personal trainers on my mentorship programs which now comes under the banner of A.O.M.

Some of Tom’s career highlights :

  • Developing a range of bars and equipment with Watson Gym Equipment
  • Helping various athletes to success in 14 different disciplines (especially in Pro Boxing & MMA)
  • Seeing his staff at Body Development grow as trainers and people
  • Presenting at Body Power and LIW with his colleague Justin Maguire and team
  • Helping many personal Trainers develop and open their own facilities
  • Developing a range of classes, principles and workouts with the team at Body Development that have been taught all over the world.
