About Karen Louise Crudgington

 

With over 14 years of experience as a personal trainer, I think its fair to say that I love what I do! I train hard, work hard and practice what I preach.

I have studied constantly throughout my career and continue to do so on my favorite subjects of fat loss, nutrition and group training.

In 2010 I launched ‘Strong Girl’- a workout designed purely for women seeking fat loss, strength, an increase in confidence and self-belief.

I’ve attended numerous courses at the Poliquin Institute, taken the Biosignature course more than 8 times and interned semi privately with Charles Poliquin. My on going education on our Mentorship Programme has taken, and continues to take both my skills and that of the Body Development Team’s to another level altogether!
